How mainstream media controls it's journalists.

I remember hearing you two speaking back in the days of rising on how the mainstream networks ( more so msmbc and fox) you worked for in the past were able to highly influence news anchors topics and tones on certain issues. If you could re-visit that I think the supporters of breaking points would love to about those experiences. You two do so much for this country, when you get filled up thanking us, I'm right there with ya wiping the tears of hope and joy. Thanks for all you do.

The academic underclass: most US college professors are gig-economy adjuncts, paid poverty wages

I have always assumed that college professors typically enjoy secure jobs and a very comfortable middle-class lifestyle, but I've recently learned this isn't remotely true. Today, according to advocates for academic labor, almost 2/3 of professors in US schools are gig-economy adjuncts on short term contracts, with zero benefits, often barely making minimum wage. Mainstream media never covers this shocking trend. The right hates academia in general and the corporate "left" only cares about the Ivy League academic elite. But what harm is this fast-food, uber-style employment model really doing to higher education in America? I'd like to know what you think, from a populist standpoint. Have you thought about having Tom Orlik on to balance out Zeihan?

Have you thought about having Tom Orlik on to balance out Peter Zeihan's view of China? Orlik has made the most intelligent arguments I have seen as to why the China bears may be wrong. He is very smart, he lived in China for over 10 years, he is Chief Economist at Bloomberg, and he wrote a very good book on the topic.
