For instance, things that may be covered by MSM that we've all heard a lot about already, or even recently surfaced issues that don't yet have the context to cover entirely but should be brought to attention.
Will Partisan Election Boards and State Laws End Democracy In America?
Hello Krystal and Saagar - The Atlantic and other news organizations have recently run stories about the Red State laws that allow political entities to overrule ballot counts. Similarly, there have been several stories about local election board officials resigning because of threats and intimidation by Trump supporters. Are these phenomena real? If so, will they permanently give control of the government to MAGA Trumpists? Thanks - I trust your honest assessment.
Voter Age
I have recently been getting deeper into the political scene (little too much) and was thinking about voter age. I remember hearing that some want to lower it but I feel like we should raise it. I know myself (34) when younger didn't fully understand the world and now with the craziness going on feel like 18 -25ish don't have the real world experience to be voting for people with policies that might not effect them until they are married, paying bills, etc. - one example is inflation, if you still with your parents, which any 18 year old should be they won't fully understand the impact of higher food costs, heating bills etc. Curious on what your thoughts are around this.
Nina 2024??
So to me the obvious 2024 successor to Bernie Sanders is Nina Turner, but no one seems to be considering her as a potential presidential candidate and I'm curious as to why. I mean for real, if a guy with no name ID, who stood for nothing, whose highest office was mayor of South Bend, and had a last name like Buttigieg could have such a meteoric rise, why couldn't Nina catch even more fire if she decided to run?
