What's with Saagar Enjeti's animus towards Michael Moore? Saager was outraged when Michael suggested on Rising that the tRump administration was going to try & steal the 2020 election, & Saager responded (paraphrasing here) 'We don't believe in conspiracy theories on this show!' I think Saager should have apologize to Michael Moore after the 1/6/2021 attack on Capital Hill because obviously Michael was correct.
NYC - De Blasio Vaccine Mandate
Hey guys, love your show! Can you please do a segment on the DeBlasio Vaccine Mandate in NYC. It seems with everything going on in the world today, this news coverage is getting buried - but Mayor De Blasio put out an executive order on 8/16 to literally segregate society in NYC based on vaccine status. Most kinds of indoor venues will have to require proof of vaccine for entry, and those businesses who don't comply will face fines starting 9/13. This goes a step farther than individual businesses making a decision of who they want in their establishments. They are now being forced by the government whether they like it or not. It is one of the most authoritarian responses to Covid-19 yet - and - as you rightly have pointed out on your show before - will hurt minority communities the hardest. I don't know how this can possibly be legal. Wondering your thoughts - and more importantly if you can use your platform to bring awareness to what is going on in NYC. Thanks for what you guys are doing every day!
