Ask a question

How does it feel now that you've gone independent?

The kind of bodyguarding you guys had with The Hill is likely gone, so how do you guys feel about your chances in the free market of ideas? You, obviously, have a large amount of support and, hopefully, enough subscribers to keep the gig up, but do you feel more or less secure in your new venture? Love you guys, keep speaking truth to power <3

Path to a real voice in government

What is a real world path to having representation in our government that stands for working class folks without the bullshit? Is it possible to be represented as tho I was an actual billionaire? Or will my life be spent voting for assholes that let me down at every turn forever in America?!

Fracturing on the Left

How is it possible to foment true unity on the Left in order to move us forward? Throughout history leftwing movements have been beset by divisiveness and fracturing and implosion. Right now we're in a quagmire of infighting. Meanwhile, the ruling elites and those invested in the status quo laugh themselves silly at our folly. There are visions on the Left for effecting change that are wildly different: violence vs non-violence, as one example. Incrementalism vs revolution is another that has played out through history. How do we create a carapace around our movements that ensures that the movement itself doesn't lose momentum because of internecine disputes? How can we succeed where so many others have failed?
