5 Years Later, Janus v. AFSCME

What are your thoughts on Janus v. AFSCME 5 years later? I'm a premium member of Breaking Points and always enjoy all the content. Sometimes I feel the union coverage is a bit one sided, rarely do you bring up cases where the union doesn't have their members best interests (and this happens plenty). There's a time and a place, however, there's also a lot of individuals leaving their unions due to poor representation and mishandling of funds. I think it's great individuals finally have the option on whether they want to join albeit often times ostracized for making the decision. Wish we could respect individuals' decisions on both sides of the aisle and not push it down everyone's throats.

Questions for Emily regarding the concept of death, organ donation and end of life laws

Emily, you are a staunch believer in the pro-life ideology and I'd like to know your thoughts on a few things. In your eyes, what constitutes death? Is it total organ failure or is it more complex in your eyes? Should we reverse the standard in the USA for organ donation to where you have to opt out rather than to opt in? On the idea of life, should we, as an individual, be able to determine our death date if diagnosed with a critical condition, given x months to live? I've been watching you all for around four years and have always enjoyed what you all put out. Thank you!

The Indigenous community on the Genicide.

With the genicide happening in Palenstine, I have heard extremely little on how our indigenous (which I am part of) brothers and sisters feel on this. We are a comminity in the United States that had our own government try to commit a genicide against us. When it comes to our upcoming election, I understand the argument of voting on the lessor evil, but when I think about voting for Biden, not only is it my heart and soul screaming, but my ancestors are screaming at me saying no! This is extremely personal for my community.

RFK Polls

Since RFK beats both Trump and Biden in the polls, and RFK has called out Biden as being the spoiler, why aren’t media outlets following the story?

Literally How

I've been following you two since the 2019 democratic primary debates and became a bit of an internet political junky because of it. I supported Marianne Williamson's primary campaign which was my first time doing politics in-person, so political theory became political practice very quickly. Having gone through such an emotional immersion into the implications of American politics has given me a lot of respect and empathy for what it takes for you to do this show. So literally how do you guys do what you do? What's your tips and tricks to stay level headed, kind to each other, and optimistic about the country as you get into the weeds of everything?
