Breaking Points Demographics

Hi Krystal and Saagar! I've followed you both since 2019 when election season was ramping up. No one could really explain Bernie's success in a way that made remote sense. I stumbled across a segment on Rising (through Reddit). You said not only could you explain it, but you had actually predicted it and written a book about it. After I picked my jaw up off the floor, I was hooked. My question comes from a comment Krystal made recently. She mentioned that your audience is predominantly male. How well have you come to understand the demographics of your audience? Do you have a guess as to why they are what they are? Does it inform your the content you create?

On the Merits of Dobbs

Hi K & S, In all the cultural uproar over the SCOTUS Dobbs decision, I've heard very little coverage in the MSM about the actual legal merits of the case. I'm not legal expert, but it seems to me that what the conservatives on the court have said is that, because abortion is not an enumerated right in the constitution, it cannot be a protected right by that court, and the decision is therefore returned to a more democratic process in which the people's elected representatives can make laws. This seems common sense to me, and in general I'm in favor of laws being made democratically rather than by judicial fiat. And while there has been a lot of angry rhetoric around "our rights being taken away," it actually feels like more rights are being returned to the people, in the sense of the power of democracy. My question is twofold: 1. I haven't yet heard a cogent argument against the legal standings of this case--cultural consequences aside--looking at the actual legal grounds of the decision. Do you know of any? 2. I know that the majority of Americans were in support of Roe, to some degree. If democracy is able to play out, and it becomes the law of the land through legislation, how might that change the cultural implications of abortion and its politics? Thanks so much for your thoughts. Ben

The Creature from Jekyll Island

Have either of you listened to this book? It's quite eye-opening and once you listen, so many current and past major events and conditions (inflation, World Economic Forum, IMF, recent wars, past wars) can be attributed to the master-planning of a few powerful people or groups who hold no elegance to any country. It describes the genesis of the Federal Reserve and how they and other super-wealthy people manipulate the world's geopolitics. You could probably do a whole show about it. I'd love to hear your thoughts.
