What restaurants DO you like in DC?
Krystal and Saagar. A somewhat less serious question for you. A couple weeks ago Saagar you threw some shade at Le Diplomat and then this week you talked about some mediocre mexican food restaurant with boogie tequila for wine moms (which was hilarious) making it seem like you were a foodie. Is there any restaurant in DC or that you've experienced in recent travels that you'd recommend? Thanks, love the show and all that you do.
Love Saager - but dead wrong on energy prices
Saager, love you my man but if I have to listen to another rant about "dragging the Saudi King" to Washington in order to lower gas prices - I will be forced to buy another phone after sending it to go swim with the fish (tongue in cheek). Gas prices being high as ALL to do with 10 years of failed AMERICAN energy policy choices, not Saudi. https://www.eia.gov/energyexplained/oil-and-petroleum-products/imports-and-exports.php We have been lowering our OPEC dependence since 2008 - driving imports to less than 1 million bbl/day out of 20 million bb/day usage. I get it's easy to have the Saudi Price (horrible guy) as the boogieman with oil but to solve this crisis we need to actually talk about the real problems, Lets please talk about domestic energy policy and how is responsible for our insane energy prices. The solution far far more complex than releasing some SPR (see how that did) and dragging 1 million bbl/day over to slap around. Love the show, lets get real with energy though!
