Homelessness in Los Angeles or CA in general

Would you ever consider going deep into the homeless issue that seems to keep getting worse every year in California? I feel like the budget grows every year and it doesn't seem to help. Also, I'm not sure who is supposedly using all the money from the budget to try to fix it but if it's the same person (or group of people) every year and they don't get results shouldn't they get fired? I know if I failed over and over I wouldn't have my job anymore. Love the show guys, you're so important! Keep it up!

I want you all to know as much as I LOVE Breaking Points and the new set, if you do NOT play "I Don't Wanna Wait" by Paula Cole as the intro to the James Van Der Beek interview, I will have to cancel my subscription.
