corporate greed inflation

Saager conservatives like to mock leftist when they blame corporate greed on inflation. What do you think?

Three Mile Island, what the docu-series left out

Hi guys. Love the show. So far, I've written 4 times (2/26/22, 3/4/22, 3/13/22 and 3/17/22) on my views of nuclear power. I felt Krystal's opinion today on the Three Mile Island series (which I have not watched) was balanced. The final point that the protagonist (Park) still supports nuclear power I believe fits well with your show in that you try and see both sides of an issue. Saagar's analogy that a plane crash doesn't result in our society banning all planes is, in my opinion, a weak argument. People who wish to not fly, can avoid the airlines. It isn't the most optimal solution to those who commute overseas but now the internet and Zoom allow a person to meet virtually. Those of us who lived near Three Mile Island, had no choice in 1978 (economically, we lived in a mill town and couldn't uproot and move away). Plus the cleanup will continue until the end of this century so who knows what will happen to this waste in the interim. You might be interested in reading this brief article about missing details in the documentary series https://screenrant.com/three-mile-island-true-story-meltdown-missing-details-documentary/. The part about Karen Silkwood to me is a lot of hypotheticals, but then we both have theories about UFOs! I do not believe for the long-term sustainability of the planet, nuclear energy is a solution. If the government flooded it's resources into the private sector the way it did during the early stages of the pandemic, we'd come up with energy alternatives. Please see my previous AMA submittals about potential guests who could, in a gentle, educated way, inform you and the audience about alternatives. Who knows, maybe the UFO investigations will determine that the self propelled pyramid shaped objects use an energy source right under our noses and nuclear will be buried for good. Long ago I abandoned the Democratic and Republican parties for an alternative party's platform with which I agreed. My candidates never win and they are sometimes seen as spoilers but I vote my conscience and can sleep at night. I tried working from within the Democratic party but there was no changing the beast that greases its wheels with profit. I'm afraid that though you both try and be as even handed as possible in your populist approach to the politics of the day, you are entrenched in what you hear and have learned along the way. Politics and commentary are one thing. Climate catastrophe, potential meltdowns, gun control, pharmaceutical price gouging, corporate personhood, controlling women's bodies are bigger than good or bad and impact real people. They are unsustainable. There are alternatives. Please educate your viewers about alternatives to nuclear power. Thank you.

Dog vs Cat

Getting away from politics, I thought I'd then ask the most political question of all time: Are you a Dog Person, Cat Person, or are you into fish, birds, snakes, rodents, crocodiles? :)

Tuesday Primaries coverage

With primary season underway and so many results coming out on Tuesday nights, do you think it would be possible to do a Wednesday show to cover this? Maybe large primary weeks can have Wed show rather than a Tues show? Waiting till Thursday to hear what happened forces me to go check the MSM to see what happened and I'd much rather get the coverage from you.

Anonymity of questions answered during AMA

...So,...I was under the impression that the anonymity of who asked which questions was maintained during your AMA sessions. However, it seems like you guys reveal the names of people who asked questions. Could you confirm what your actual policy is? Do you ask the poster first if they're comfortable with you guys mentioning their name? Thinking about it now, i guess Supercast allows you guys to see who asked what. As you can guess by now, I value my privacy strongly. -Farseer Wannabe
