Sooo, without long term gold standard safety data, that you acknowledge big pharma does not seem to be eager to do, how am I suppose to get informed consent on the vaccine? And, what is this great hospitalization and death rate that I am facing as a lean young male, that I should risk a rare vaccine side effect?
Third-Party Presidential Candidate Exposure
When the presidential primaries come around, will you be making a point to show more of the third party candidates along with the first party primary candidates that the media ignores? I would like to suggest maybe even hosting a small, third party debate since they literally get no airtime in the mainstream. We really need to get away from this two-party system and I think you guys have the perfect platform and the responsibility to bring more exposure to the voters. Thanks!
Are the Political Parties Switching Ideology?
Given that Democrats are catering to upper class suburban folks, billionaires, and large swaths of businesses (e.g., banking, tech) and moving away from the blue collar class, while Republicans (mostly of the Trump variety) are catering more towards the working class and populism, are we seeing a switch in political party ideology?
A Topic You Haven't/Won't/Don't Discuss
As politically involved as you both are, why have you not talked about how neo-fascistic, anti-democratic the Republican Party has become? This isn’t just something people in this country have noticed; European commentators have noticed it as well. (I'd like to know Saagar's take on Martin Wolf's 9/28/21 opinion piece in the Financial Times, "The Strange Death of Amer. Democracy' .) Perhaps Thom Hartmann or someone else who has written about this (Jason Stanley, Norman Solomon, Amanda Marcotte, et al) could come on Breaking Points to discuss this, since it seems to be a blind spot for both of you.
